Welcome to VilaUSP: a spacious, comfortable family home in a quiet street with private security. Best of all: close to USP, where you can go on foot or bike!

Near to Butantã Metro Station and to a bus terminal, where you can go everywhere in São Paulo.

This is a family home

It’s called VilaUSP because it’s close to the University of São Paulo and because Luciana and Eneida studied at USP.

In the last years that Luciana attended to USP, she invited some friends to live here with her. It was the first hosting experience.

The children grew up and the parents went to live somewhere else. Now the people who live here are David and the family of Carolina: Seigi, the husband, and the children Rafael Akio and Artur Haruki.

As the house became too large, the family decided to offer the five external apartments to students who come from abroad to study at USP.
